This is an absolutely incredible account of positive human attitudes perseverance and high adventure. In 2005-06 Julie Angus along with her husband Colin Angus rowed nearly 6000 miles across the Atlantic ocean becoming the first woman in the world to voyage under oar power from mainland to mainland.This action packed story is a must read for anyone with an appreciation for distance rowing and high adventure. It’s truly hard to imagine rowing in five story high waves however Julie describes this experience extremely well.
